Just this morning as Early as 5: 00am when it started raining���� I was on my way to travel from Benin city in Edo state to Ilorin Kwara state, a popular park in Benin Called Uselu park was extremely flooded with water everywhere. you can hardly recognize a drainage because of high level of water �� everywhere. in fact it rains that almost the whole town �� was flooded with rain . Bad government everywhere....
