Whenever I hear people boasting here, and telling us how PDP are going to clear the South East votes in a homogeneous figures like they Did in 1999, 2003, 2007, 2011 and 2015, I only but laugh at their ignorance of how massive election malpractice is entrenched here.

It is a known fact that, since 1999, South East/SS have always aligned with the PDP, which had been in power throughout those years. Consequently, it always easy to write results and allocate figures for the party.
Sometimes they mock The South West, for having larger turn out than them in spite of having lower voting Strength.

Okay! Let us analyze why it will be difficult for the PDP to write results in 2019

Card Reader: Before 2011, election rigging in the South East and South South, was always about the Original results sheets. The PDP PDP the zones will pay any amount to INEC to have the results sheets, where they would allocate figures to the opposition and retain the rest for themselves. In some instances you will see Yardua(PDP) 1Million, Buhari (APP) 50000 votes

However all these changed in 2011, they were forced to use incidence forms to rig, which made difficult for them return higher figures like before, with the exception of Rivers State, Delta State and Akwa Ibom which jettisoned Card readers and wrote the results like before.


Power Has Changed Hands: This is the first time PDP in the two zones are going to go into the election without Federal power-Police, INEC, Military, NSCD, etc. So most of them will only be allowed to vote and go home, like Fayose did in Ekiti the other time. Therefore if the elections here were going to be rigged, APC politicians will dictate the tone.
