Fellow Nairalanders, I mailed ntel with my ntel number requesting for activation of data plan which was not my first time of doing so, since their selfcare service site is down for over 4 months now. To my greatest surprise I got a mail from ntel cc requesting for location, contact number sim serial number etc.

I doubt that mail is genuine.

They have never requested for the details above whenever I mail then asking they activate my data plan.
