ISIS has taken nearly 700 people hostage including several European and US Nationals in Syria and has vowed to kill 10 a day, Vladimir Putin has claimed.

The jihadi group is holding their prisoners captive somewhere south of the Euphrates River in the war torn nation.

Speaking in the Black Sea resort city of Sochi, Putin added that ISIS was expanding its control in territory controlled by U.S. and U.S.-backed forces and blasted America for a "catastrophic" failure.

The Russian President did not specify what the militants' demands were.

It comes just days after the terrorist group attacked a refugee camp in Deir ez-Zor province.

The assault on the El Bahra refugee camp took place on Saturday and saw “130 families of about 700 people”abducted and taken away to Hajin, the head of the Russian Reconciliation Center, Major General Vladimir Savchenko, RT reports.

ISIS are improving lately. They recently kidnapped 700 people. Very soon, they will attain the feat of Kidnapping thousands of people. That's their profession. So, it is expected of them to become adept.
After all, peace is fragile and there's no way we can create peace without a war. There's no way we can create war without terrorists. There's no way we can create a terrorist group without arms. There's no way we can create arms without scientists. Scientists are to be blamed for the woes of human race. Not terrorists.
