EFCC was never about jail,
EFCC is a tool used when political opponents fight...the "humiliation" or "I can make it happen" is the actual punishment not jail - EFCC and Nigerian taxpayers are wasting money for political fight not corruption fight!

EFCC actually adds to the corruption bill by wasting legal fees in endless cases (at home and abroad) that only lawyers and their civil service staff salaries benefit!

Go read cases like when they hire foreign lawyers for 1 million dollars to only recover 200k

All those shouting that fayose the rock should be jail should take note of some facts,almost all the charges are based on fayose taking money from the NSA which the EFCC claims was a crime,the onus will be on efcc to prove her claim, fayose may likely ask the court to compelled the efcc to produced the giver Dasuki in court to testify,this I know the efcc will not be comfortable with,secondly there is no law requiring the government to account for how security votes are spent,this did not start or ended with pdp,it may be a legal lacuna but where there is no law there is no offense,the law does not operates on sentiments but facts n proofs,isn't it amazing the speed with which the efcc is handling the fayose case yet the same efcc is still foot dragging even after they have been ordered by a competent court of law to go after APC chair oshiomole!,we are going to be following this fayose case very closely to see the outcome knowing fully the tendency of the APC to result to foul play just to give a fake impression of success.

I THINK PUBLIC OFFICE HOLDER IN NIGERIA NEED TO FACE THE WRATH OF THE LAW IF FOUND GUILTY FOR LOOTING THE PEOPLE'S COMMONWEALTH UNDER THEIR CARE.

Governor Fayose, was a maverick politicians who introduced STOMACH INFRASTRUCTURE as part of his welfarist policy in Ekiti state.

But that in itself did not help to reduce poverty and hunger in Ekiti state.

A greater majority of Ekiti state indigene are living below the poverty line and there are no viable industries in Ekiti state to engage the school leavers.

ONE DAY FOR THE THIEF ANOTHER DAY FOR THE OWNER!
