Key Responsibilities:
 Allocate work to Data Entry Specialists and ensure their execution in line with company standards.
 Oversee the work of Data Entry Specialists and ensuring that they deliver accuracy.
 Manage the performance of Data Entry employees. ensuring high performance and productivity.
 Promote teamwork, employee engagement and high morale.
 Communicate Company's expectations to Data Entry Specialists.
 Meet performance targets

Person Specification: Candidates must:

 Be ICT savvy, self-motivated and highly result-oriented.
 Have a good SSCE, GCE at a minimum
 Have excellent work and personal organisation skills
 Be highly intelligent with good interpersonal skills
 Possess strong goal and customer orientation
 HavevVery good communication skills and exemplary work ethics
 Be hardworking and honest
 Be a stickler for excellence
 Be between 24 and 25 years old
