I talk it out.....whether to myself or to someone. When I'm done with fully expressing myself, it's when I realize that I just talked out without thinking, and after that, it's like nothing happened.

when I'm angry my fingers go crazy, my foot start's going up and down.
Then I lock the whole lot inside and when I'm all alone in my room I explode like an atomic bomb, I start punching and screaming into my pillow and crying
