Nowadays, I've been called many names -- stone, snob. . . - by the ladies because I wear the same smug epression on my face at all times. Insult me, hit me, praise me, and I still wear the same look.

If I'm angry, however, I think there's a different look in my eyes -- people always seem to sense it. I begin to talk very, very quietly and slowly, telling you you've just annoyed me, then walk away to cool off.

I know I'm not a wimp -- but I also know the biggest mistake I can make is try to prove I'm not one the next time someone hits or insults me.

These are guys I know I can flatten in three seconds -- but I don't see any point 'proving' myself.

If it's on Nairaland I can parry words, but I usually back off when the heat becomes too much -- I have an arsenal of four-letter expletives you'll find only in a very advanced dictionary. Of course using just two of them qualifies me for a ban -- a really deserved one.

Well one day i was spitting and kicking my toe hurt bad , i was jumpimp on one leg still spitting and abusing. My ex and my kids started laughing at me.
I had to laugh too.
My prayer is that i have shoes on when i get annoyed. My poor same toe.

When i was Younger it was worse i used to run after my sister with an axk or hot oil.
her luck she could run faster than me.
Many doors in our house had holes because i tried to berak into the room she locked her self into. My dad prayed for me.
But she was the only person that could annoy me to that point.
But that is why i do not beat my kids. And rather kick the wall and make a fool of my self.
Only once the cds were laying around i was mad i threw on and it flew across the room and hit my daughter in the face.I thank god the scar has gone.
So i never lift my hands in anger.

Nope. I used to get annoyed at any and everything imaginable.

I DONT USUALLY GET ANNOYED,BUT WHEN I AM I SCREAMMMMMMMMMMMM AT PPLE,THEN I GO 2 MII ROOM 2 LIE DOWN ,I ENDED UP APOLOGISING THE AT THE END OF D DAY EVEN WHEN THE PERSON IS AT FAULT.EVERYONE VAMOOSES WHEN IM ANGRY.

I keep quiet and start butchering the person
I'm angry with in ma mind. Play all the ways I cud

IT ALSO TAKES FOREVER TO BRING ME BACK TO MY LIVELY MOOD.
I HATE GETTING ANGRY,  I ALSO CRY IF I CANT CONTROL THE ANGER N TEARS JUST ROLLS DOWN MY CHEEK AND MAKES WHOEVER MADE ME ANGRY REALLY SORRY.
