If WAEC in Ghana’s can do this then just forget about INEC in 2019 . They won’t even bother to count the ballot before they will declare Buhari as winner .

7 Questions For WAEC and President Buhari

1. Does WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria have the power to issue certificate the SECOND time after the first is issued and without first retrieval of the first certificate (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?

2. Does WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria (and globally) have the right to issue a fresh certificate to an individual after a previous issuance even when the individual never reported that the previous certificate contains error nor returned same to allow for a fresh certificate to be issued (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?

3. Is it not expected of WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria to issue a certified true copy of certificate to individuals whose certificates got lost, stolen or damaged, as with the global norm and policy?

4. If President Buhari swore on oath on five occasions (2003, 2007, 2011, 2015 and 2019) that his original WAEC certificate was with the Military board, does it not amount to fraudulent practice for him to be issued a fresh certificate by WAEC?

5. If President Muhammadu Buhari applied to WAEC for misplaced/stolen/damaged original certificate, is WAEC permitted under the law to issue a fresh certificate or a certified true copy of the previous certificate?

6. If question 5 is the case, does it not amount to deception under oath by President Muhammadu Buhari to have alleged in his affidavit that his certificate was with the military board instead, and thereby committing perjury?

7. Has Nigeria become a Banana Republic where those in power are permitted to do as they please without regards for procedures, policies and laws?

8. If WAEC claim that the new certificate issued to President Muhammadu Buhari is "Attestation Certificate", is it ideal for such to be issued when the President swore to oath that the original still exist and is with the military? Or Was it a false attestation made by President Buhari?

Something is definitely fishy in this Buhari certificate issue.
I have an inkling that there is a skeleton, big one,in that cupboard the purported certificate was retrieved from.
It could be that its release would show that buhari had either lacked d necessary qualifications or had compromised somewhere along the line and his claimed integrity would finally be exposed for the scam it had been all these years. It could as well be something else, but my gut feeling is that the certificate issue, even with this WAEC release,is still a messy, fishy affair.
I am eagerly waiting for PremiumTimes or Punch to do a forensic analysis of this whole affair.

The same people said that it was Cambridge that he sat for, so WAEC can not provide his results. Now the same WAEC is issuing him a certificate which has a passport of when he's old. If they can find his results, they can as well find his passport when he sat for the exam

How would an "Attestation Certificate" be issued when the supposed ORIGINAL certificate is still with the "military board"?

Did Buhari claim that his original was missing for them to issue the new one? IF YES, then it amount to perjury for him to LIE under oath that the certificate is with the military board.

This so called attestation has it ever been issued to anyone before.

Are you in support of this?

What is wrong with "this" if I may ask? The man said his documents were with the army, you turned it into campaign against him. Now, he has been issued an attestation, you're still compiling questions. Na wa o. But you should know where to go now, WAEC office.

So you lack the brain power to discern a request will have to be made by the applicant before an attestation or an affidavit certified true copy is issued by WAEC or you think WAEC is some Nigerdelta miscreant that distribute paper up n about.

All of a sudden, you just believed that it is with the army. So, the issue now is not about whether he sat for WAEC or not, it is now about why issuing an attestation for him when the original is still with the army. Laughing out loud

Re: 7 Questions For WAEC And President Buhari by Amacaco: 9:07pm On Nov 02, 2018
My own simple questions are these: 'who else has has ever received an attestation certificate from WAEC since the institution started? Did Buhari sit for WAEC or Cambridge certificate in 1961? Is it the normal practice for WAEC to go to the office of their candidates to present certificates and take pictures? Anyway, congratulations to the president for having a useless certificate as he will not need it any longer where forged or real.

PointB:
Exam was conducted by Cambridge, right?

How is it that WAEC it's the one issuing certificate? Does Cambridge not have original record? undecided undecided

The results, obtained exclusively by PREMIUM TIMES Wednesday, confirm Mr. Buhari’s claim that he undertook the University of Cambridge West African School Certificate Examinations and obtained five credits in English Language, Geography, Hausa Language, History, and Health Science.

PREMIUM TIMES obtained the computer printout from Cambridge University as well as a statement of result, signed by the current principal of Katsina College, dated January 21, 2015.

The results show that Mr. Buhari, a former military head of state, failed in Mathematics and Woodwork, and had a pass in Literature in English.

The examination centre number was 8280, while Mr. Buhari’s candidate number was 002.

The statement of results is printed on the letter head paper of the Katsina State Ministry of Education, and it shows that the examination took place in 1961.

The Cambridge print out also shows the result of 17 other candidates at the centre, including Shehu Yar’Adua, a former Chief of Staff, Supreme Headquarters.

Nna ipob, Cambridge don confirm the president's claim, den don confirm the same claim by the principal in Katsina and WAEC don confirm the same thing, so which Cambridge are you talking about? The one in your ipob village or you Igbos just cannot read and comprehend simple English words?

Nonsense. sad

So who's Tonyebarcanista to feel he can query a standard international exam body like WAEC?

If you and your useless PDP is banking on buhari's failure to produce his WASCE result to win the election, then it shows that y'all haven't learnt anything.

Nonsense people. sad

What was given was tagged Attestation , because of political colouration ..you will allow emotions to overrun your investigation and ability to pay attention to details

Real political colouration is refusing to wonder why WAEC, The West African Examinations Council, Headquartered in Nigeria is re-issuing certificate/attestation for an exam - WASC- whose certificate was originally issued by University of Cambridge.......

If he really wrote the exam, then University of Cambridge should have received an application asking for a attestation since he was no longer in possession of his original certificate........ undecided

Why is WAEC issuing attestation for a certificate, whose result cannot be verified in their office..............................? grin
