The Ex-Governor of Akwa Ibom state tells defectors that PDP did nothing in their 16 years of ruling Nigeria.

The 8-year Governor of Akwa Ibom state from Ikot ekpene senatorial district shocked everybody in the country by his unplanned defect from PDP to APC for reasons best to known to him.

No one would ever have made a guess on the person of God’swill Akpabio defecting to APC after everything, every word and every action did in 2015.

The uncommon transformator is up again showing he is seriously out of the shoes of PDP by telling those defecting from APC to PDP that PDP did nothing in their 16 years of rule.

The ex-minority senate leader is now in sides with President Muhammadu Buhari. And has turned against his 2015 candidate Deac. Udom Emmanuel, telling the media that his successor isn’t the right person to transform Akwa Ibom state and PDP isn’t the right party for Akwa Ibom state. Demanding the people’s vote for the APC candidate Nsima Ekere, his former deputy Governor.

After his defect to APC, he stated as follows, “My Heart Was with Buhari, Not Jonathan in 2015.”

The media/people has turned over him, asking where he was during the last 16 years? As he was a part of that same unachieved PDP Government.

You're right, your sixteen years of PDP member even the eight years you spent as a PDP governor of Akwa Ibom state was a total waste.

This is the kind of rubbish Zombies have brought into our polity. Imagine. You stay in PDP for 16yrs, join APC now and start shouting PDP did nothing for 16yrs and Zombies will start dancing and clapping for you as if PDP as a name is human and should start moving around to do things and not those who bear the name PDP of which you have all along been one of them. Now once you change name to APC by defecting, you start singing the zombies song. "PDP has not done anything for 16yrs and the zombies as they behave without sense and are called so, will start jumping up and down in jubilation. What a set of people. Name does nothing but human beings do.

So Akpabio was all the while deceiving the people of Akwa Ibom. He has just sort of called himself a liar and swindler who took opportunity of his governorship to fleece Akwa Ibom state. No wonder he decamped to APC when it was clear to him that the gane was up. He thinks the blood of APC will wash him free from his known and unknown sins. He should learn from Joshua Dariye.

Yet u were Commissioner for 8yrs under Victor Atta and Governor for 8yrs then 3yrs and 3months as Senator ALL under the UMBRELLA of PDP.

Just 2 Months of brain reconfiguration by APC, he could not remember his journey in Politics so far...! Completely Zombified by the BROOM that even his Law Degree could not help him.......!

That a 5 year old now knows PVC means good for our democracy and shows that political socialisation is on the rising, this promises increased levels of political awareness and participation which will in turn lead us towards good governance..... Nigerians are beginning to get wise, back in the days whenever politicians defect to another political camp, automatically all their sins are forgiven..... But these days its getting different because we're actually getting politically mature.
