The government is enforcing the laws on the books (i provided evidence to that effect which you ignored in order to push an invalid point). The government isnt filing a suit to not hurt peoples feelings, they are doing so for 2 reasons:

1. The AZ law is unconstitutional . . . the only reason no one is talking is because this is a tea party legislation.

2. upholding the law on the books as you wish them to.

Once the illegal aliens are on their country's terra firma, then those statistics go from tentative to definite. Until then, they are just projections that can be lesser or greater than the figure posted.
