Dem no serious. Shebi Atiku said he would pay N33,000.00 as minimum wage to his staff and that Bubu would not even endorse paying N30,000.00 as minimum wage, let APC shame Atiku too and start paying N30,000.00 effective November 2018 na.

If he can promise to fix Ijegun to Ijagemo road, Ijeododo road and make them link out to Festac and some other part, he will get massive vote from Alimosho, Ojo, Iba and some other Local Government within that axis, the suffering is too much, it's just like that area is not part of Lagos, am sure most people doesn't know that area due to that. Last two years, a pregnant woman died in the process of conveying her to the hospital in the mid night due to bad road.

The good thing thing about fixing this road is not limited to good transportation network for the people around that axis but will also will ease traffic situation in Oshodi, 3rd mainland bridge and even people will spread out to that region and the intensity of accommodation on the Island. Instead of driving to oshodi, one will just drive straight to Festac and access Eko bridge.

It will also reduce the mad traffic on Iyana Isolo to Jakande gate, Ijegun, Ejigbo and Ikotun road.

This is how a democractic system should be.
If there is a sane system like this at the federal level,
The likes of Moghalu, Fela and Sowore should get a national spot upon loosing in 2019.

They are better potentials to make this nation great
You are damn right

There is no we here....speak for yourself....

I don't care if it is jimi or ambode or sanwo olu that fix those roads....all that matters is let the roads be fix....it is not their personal money...

Jimi agbaje is a good candidate and I adore is idealogy.....but his party is dead in Lagos...which is why he can't win in this coming election.....maybe he can in 2023...if sanwo olu fail to do the needful...

Most elites in Lagos don't even vote...and how will jimi win the election....

Most people that vote in Lagos are the traders, civil servants, area boys miscreants...but jimi is not getting across to them.....but apc that's what apc have done and are still doing....

Jimi is not a politician...he is a gentleman blowing grammar up and down....lagos has gone beyond all that....

He lost to ambode..and keep quiet...not doing any proper ground work...and when election is near...he then re- emerge...expecting people to vote for him...politics don't work like that....

Good luck to him....but I will be voting for sanwo olu...

This is why Opposition party is essential for a virile democracy. The main reason why this current administration took Nigerians for granted a long time was because of the way they were able to stiffen opposition.

Sometimes we need a healthy rivalry like this to get things done, that's why it is good we have two or three vibrant party that can continually poke each other in the face and also give the masses a platform to freely choose who and what party they want to govern them at all levels every four years. This is the only way the Nation resources can be judiciously utilize for the betterment of all, otherwise this crop of politicians wont care a hoot about our existence till the end of the world.

This in a nutshell is the problem with Nigerians and Nigerians.

So after all the praise you heaped on Jimi and after all your acknowledgement that APC is a thuggerish party in Lagos...

After all that, you will still vote in the same APC, chai!

Not like I'm for PDP or anything, but this your reasoning will lead to multiple failures, cause as they say, insanity is repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

Good luck with your newest Tinubu stooge, hope he makes Tinubu proud, cause he sure wouldn't make Lagos proud.

Even in Fasholas time, it was just minor projects here and there with PLENTY PICTURES, chai.

No part of Lagos is even Polished till this date. I went to Banana Island recently and I was shocked that even there, you will still find some places with open gutter, chai!

Abeg, you Nigerians are not serious jor, keep suffering and smiling, begging them to "please repair my road", mtcheew.

We can all see what a good opposition is supposed to look like, pointing out problems and threatening to fix it unlike Atiku that is learning from the ruling party on when to increase minimum wage at his place of work. (Private sector paying less than #30k to workers?) Over my dead body will I vote for such a demon competing with govt on minimum wage.
mangala14:
That's great. A viable opposition is a necessity for good democracy and governance as it drives the incumbent to perform all their civic duty. Only if Buhari and his cohorts can tolerate criticism without resulting into corruption fight, maybe they would have performed better but it is too late now. #OBIDIENTLYATIKULATED
