Sure-P or Npower? Sincerely speaking, Npower seems to have some credibility when compares with Sure-p (if was ever sure). Nevertheless, both social empowerment schemes have been used as conduit pipes to diverts and siphoned public funds by some unscrupulous politicians ( a.k.a Abuja contractors). It's glaring even to the blind, that some cabals are really trying the best to frustrate the purposes of the scheme. As they says; half bread is better than none. But why should we settled for half, when we can owned a bakery? God bless Nigeria.

From all this comments above, why are some people still believing Nigeria is not improving on corrupt ways under this administration.

Buhari is really changing the moral and thinking of Nigerians that Government can be transparent if they want to be.

The question was a fair question, just question. Lol.
SureP was divided into several parts but the payments of stipends to the beneficiaries was divided into two: first one was GIS for the graduates and the second one was Youth and Women. The first one was thrown out to all lucky Nigeria graduates while the second one was shared within the PDP members nationwide. I benefited from the first one.

Npower on the other hand was thrown out completely to the citizens, both the first one for the graduates and the second one for the school cert holders.

Without sentiment, it is NPOWER. SUREP was a scam

If you look at the long term benefits of the programs Sure-P will pay you better in the future.
