Ugwuanyi's Visit To Mike Ejeagha And The Accompanying Brouhaha.... by CowHard: 6:07am On Nov 12, 2018
By Odoh Ugochukwu.

It's no longer news that ever since Senator Ayogu Eze out of his philanthropic nature paid the ailing music icon an unannounced visit, other desperate politicians have turned the old man to a new political bride in the state.
They are now frequenting the house of the music icon like his daughters suddenly become ripe for marriage.

To the desperate politicians, anywhere the woman choose to develop breast, the baby must suck it. They are ready to capitalize on any situation to project their political images and ambitions.

What happened yesterday portrayed the incumbent government as a jealous co-wife that can not stand the site of his co-wife getting close to their husband.

Senator Ayogu on hearing of Mike's deteriorating health, decided to pay him an unannounced visit. It was such a modest visit that his media teams weren't informed of the visit.
Upon hearing of the Senator's visit, the incumbent government mobilized and headed for the house of the music icon like they all just woke up from sleep.
Within a short while, the internet was agog with images of the governor's visit.
We were shown images of the governor smiling and positioning for photographs.
Was he actually smiling at the misery of the music icon?

While the Senator was caught up in action showing the ailing music icon love and compassion without really noticing the presence of the camera men and others, Ugwuanyi could be seen displaying for a photoshoot with him in a demonstration of sheer opportunism.

The governor never showed that he was really touched by the Man's health condition, what was depicted was the image of a man in a competition. He did, not out of love but because his opponent did and he needed to cash in on the Man's misery to further his ambition.

If this is not wickedness, I wonder the appropriate word to classify it.
However, unfortunately for the governor, by the time he arrived Mike's house with his characteristic large entourage and paparazzi, the prayers and blessings of Ejeagha had gone out to Senator Ayogu.

The governor(outgoing) seems to be aware of the growing disenchantment from the general public over his below par performance hence his resolve to seek endorsement from anywhere possible, even from deranged men at Ebeano tunnel.

A state where pensioners are languishing in abject penury, with no hope of gratuity payment, we expected the governor to have taken care of the pensioners that are about hitting the streets in protest.
The moment I saw series of images from the rather hypocritical visit, I waved it off for having numerous political undertone.

How did we find ourselves in the hands of political desperados?
How did we end up in the hands of heartless men that can play politics with the lives of the people they sworn to protect?
The choice is here again before Enugu people.
The choice between a desperado that sees every situation as a launchpad to his political ambitions and that of a selfless and compassionate leader with a godly heart.

Pictures speak louder!! While one is an ecstatic mood, one is not.
