You're truly wise. I supervise a team made up of 8 females and 2 men, I recently did a shift reshuffle and it's been hell since then. Three women who before now worked in different shifts, good friends, they even call themselves "sisters", All of them have met me privately complaining bitterly of how they can't work together.
