Just top of my head:

"Lollipop." by Lil' Wayne won best rap song in 2009 and "money maker" by Ludacris won it in 2007.

If these songs are meaningful then ALL the songs by Nigerian artists are also meaningful. tongue

Wetin dey inside the album sef, no be noise? Abi you don't forget say na beat we dey always dance for those guys songs, them lyrics is meaningless. Why is kuti getting nominated even when people no sabi him songs for Nigeria?
As I said earlier, he is not nominated.
