Yoruba Muslims don't want anyone to mention the Army invasion of his home which is resorting to self help by a party to the case.
Northerners are not bothered about Kanu, but Yoruba Muslims are giving undue publicity to anything Kanu

I pray Kanu decline to return back so that those who stand with the criminal will lose N100 milion or stay for 6 months in Jail

One ipob businessman can pay the court 300million without sweat,so the money is not the major issue here.

Buhari/Apc has really succeeded in intimidating the judiciary to submission n doing their bindings if not how on Earth will any judge be threatening to put Abaribe n the other suretees on trial over kanu's dissapearance as a result of the military actions against him even while he was on trial bail, did they expect Abaribe n co to use their bare hands to guard kanu against the military?,was the actions of the federal government through her military against kanu legal considering that the federal government is also a party to kanu's trial n he was on bail n had not failed to appear in court?.the government could have waited for kanu to appear in court during his next hearing n revoked his bail then rearrest him but they didn't,we are not seeing the same display of federal might against fulani herdsmen menace,I believe we have seen the kind of person n government buhari is n running,2019 offers a chance for remedy.

Abaribe should be tried and hanged, for aiding and abetting a terrorist.

Nigeria is an insane country. in a sane country, abaribe will be the one suing the Nigerian army and the federal govt by invading a man under his care. Had it been they asked abaribe to produce nnamdi KANU at the court, he would've. But the fg ordered the military to invade a man's house who's under
a bail by the judiciary. in fact our judiciary is a mess. they kept quiet while the military rubished them. if Sen abaribe can get a good lawyer that knows common law very well, the fg cum judiciary will pay him his 100mil and other compensation.

What evidence do you have that the army invaded his home? You think the court of law is a place for emotional conjectures?

So there is no evidence? So the army did not invade his house?. Nigeria is finished.

None of these so-called lawyers blamed Buhari for the disappearance of Kalu!

The incompetent clueless murderous tribalist Buhari, illegally ordered the army to invade Nnamdi Kalu's home and assasinate him. Why wouldn't Kalu run away for his own safety?

Kalu was NOT on the run before Buhari's illegal murderous action! So why are they not blaming him for Kalu's failure to appear in Court? It makes absolutely no sense blaming Kalu's sureties!

Even if Nnamdi Kalu had violated his bail conditions, it is the sole responsibility of the Court to punish him NOT Buhari. And Kalu didn't do anything that would warrant his death!!

The Court supposed to sue Buhari and the Army for their illegal attempt to murder its Defendant.

Unfortunately, Nigeria is a useless country where respect for the Rule of Law doesn't exist!

What I do not understand about the analysis of these so called Lawyers is that not one of them addressed the issue of why Kanu could not come to court in the first place. What they keep harping about is "If the sureties don't produce Kanu"

If Nnamdi Kanu had been killed in operation Python dance, would the sureties have been required to bring his dead body to court for trial? Of course not.

I'm no Lawyer but I know that in Law, there is something called "force majeure". That is when a Surety cannot produce a person in court due to external factors.

When the Nigerian Army illegally invaded Kanu's house, they forced Kanu to flee for his life. By doing so, they have made the job of the sureties very difficult
How is nnamdi kanus disappearance an external factor?
