Welcome to Nigeria's show of shame Featuring people I dare not name People who have perfected the game The very game that has soiled our name Welcome to Nigeria's show of deceit Where the honest are forced to retreat The masses constantly feeling the heat While the greedy politicians feed off their meat Welcome to Nigeria's show of holiness Streets filled with religious mess So bad it knocks you off your consciousness Our righteousness reeking of ridiculousness Welcome to Nigeria's show of recovery Where more than a third of the population stays hungry Everywhere filled with citizens looking sorry Welcome to my country |
