PEOPLE LIKE ME

I want to go to school
I want to become a graduate
I want to give back to the society
Are there people like me

The struggles of a student
Trying to make good grades
Whilst thinking of what next to eat
And still trying to meet up with deadline
Are there people like me

I'm smart or so I'm told
you can succeed that I believe
You'll meet a lot of people out there, this I know
But will there be people like me

The struggles of a graduate
Trying to make ends meet
Yet still pursuing the dream
There are a lot of visionaries out there
But will I meet people like me

Its been years since the journey began
But now I can see progress
The society is growing and people contributing
I'm not there yet but will be soon
Alas there are people like me.
