Even if I had the money, I'm not interested.

Experience has taught me not to want houses that are too big.

They're really unnecessary and become a liability when all your children have moved on. undecided undecided

Maitama is a highbrow area. The land alone where that house is built is not less than 500m.... maybe between 500m to 700m for the land only....go and find out..

If you live in Abuja, specifically maitama, you'll understand why they're expensive. Cost land alone is enough to build an estate. Ordinary Apo, 1 plot of land is 40m take it or leave it.
Ps; There properties more expensive than this in maitama grin
