Study and meditate on God's word always, this will make you to be spiritually alive in Christ. That will give a permanent end to masturbation.

I do not blame people here who says "Masturbation" is not a sin. This is because every man born out of a woman has right to air his or her opinion and also they have come to stick with that "It is not possible thought" because the harder they tried, the more they go back to it.
