Turns out there's already am open topic for this. As for your question, I asked, someone said to wear anything that'd convenient.

Just dress light.

It's merely a letter headed paper from someone vouching for your character, capacity and your personality. All these based on some form of relationship.

Can it be signed by a family member who is a sole proprietor or an entrepreneur.

They were not quite specific. Going from experience, a Government Officer has to sign it.

It's not specific... But having a Government Officer sign it is better.
