You'd have to mail/call Total about it. That's the best you can do. Your bank can't do anything about it.

hello boss, I do hope you see this in time. I'm about to sit for NNPC scholarship this Saturday and my Uni is yet to issue out student ID cards to us, while I already read that we are not to bring Library ID card along to replace the former, what do you suggest I do then pls?

Just take along whatever proves your studentship, or better still Admission Letter.

We should be looking forward to upload mail first. Since we were awarded, we haven't uploaded results for subsequent seasons. And I believe we're expecting our last payments.

Also depends on when you're awarded. Say yours is a 5 year course but you were awarded in your 3rd year. You'll have 3 payments 300l, 400l, 500l. Same as someone on a 4 year course that was awarded in 2nd year. 200l, 300l, 400l.

Nope. Terms and conditions: The award is valid from the year awarded (subject to renewal I.e confirmation of results)

I think you get subsequent payments upon subsequent reception of your result, IMO. Those awarded in 100 level didn't have their first year result, but got paid. They upload for first year, they get paid, second, same. Or don't they pay after receiving your final year result? If they do, then I think those studying five years course, and awarded in their second year will be paid 5times, I may be corrected though.

Let's say, you got the first payment after passing the scholarship test(while in 200lvl),you get paid once, you submit 200level result, you get second payment, you submit third year result, you get third, you submit Fourth year result, you get fourth payment, fifth year makes you eligible for fifth payment.
