This guy is just displaying brazen ignorance. Dude, Ramsey was about to sign but the club withdrew the offer (i think because he wasn't the player Emery thought he was).Check the interview where he said he needed an explanation from the club as to why the offer was taken off the table since he thought he had agreed a new deal

The offer has been on the table for quiet a long time even before Arsene left the club, he was negotiating for a bigger fee because of Ozil's deal which isn't a bad thing to do,it was reviewed and yet he was not satisfied and the club were angered n had to withdraw the offer,for the record that was the 3rd offer. I'm with the club on this one.
