Don't take them to court, because it wasn't a breach of contract as there is no part of the law which states that there posting shouldn't exceed a certain period of time, if they cite lack of personnel as the reason, judgement will be in their favour....soldiers in advanced countries suffer the same fate too, only they have found a way around it by using draft system and keeping a reserve army to call on when in need of more troops... Sorry for your loss brother.
