And the point that Muttleylaff is missing is that the OJ Simpson case has nothing to do with skepticism. OJ Simpson escaped with murder because there was a rule based system which the prosecutors failed to follow properly (even though they had the evidence).

The court is not solely based on skepticism. If you have evidence against someone but obtained it illegally, the court will throw away the evidence.
