In a society dotted with nauseating contradictions and inconsistencies, populated and inhabited by impeccable intellectuals,sophisticated ignorant individuals, ingenious talents and rigmarole political class,and where there is no atom of sympathy or empathy for the poor, less privileged or hoi polloi, Apostle Okafor stands tall amongst others.

The 8th Anniversary of Crusaders Evangelical Ministry aka Sycamore Assembly ,going by the acronym CEMSA, was the occasion to highlight his achievements and Commitment to services to humanity. CEMSA,he said,has grown leaps and bounds within 8yrs of its formation.

It has international connection and firmly established in Dallas,Texas,USA. Besides,the General Overseer is the President, Africa Region, C O P E(Coalition of Prison Evangelists). This is equal recognition of his commitment to welfare and upliftment of lives of prisoners on the continent.

He used the occasion to reward hardworking members: RESIDENT PASTOR, Pastor David Osimen became a proud owner of brand new Toyota Camry,though in official capacity,to mitigate his transport worries.

Mrs Chidinma Owoh, Emmanuel Azubuike and Igwilo were ordained Pastors. Emmanuel Azubuike exhuded happiness and spoke eloquently about his ordination and challenges in the past. Joshua Okeke was moved from Choir Department to the Protocol Department to replace Igwilo.

The Investiture of Sani Olalekan, Mazi Offor(Living Legend), Kola and Ogbekene into Board of Trustees(BoT) equally took place.

Apostle reminded them that they were chosen based on merit and devoid of primordial considerations.

There was drama session that thrilled the audience, packaged by Actor Kevin Irechukwu.

The frills, shrills and razzmatazz shall remain evergreen in the minds of the congregation.

Whichever continent you are reading this, Apostle Okafor is good,humane and altruistic with his unfettered intentions to build a just and egalitarian order. He is an unrepentant and consistent fighter for the common man,and emancipation of the deprived members of nigerian,nay African society. Very much loved for his healing ability and point-blank predictions which normally comes to pass. He saw the flamboyant Governor of Nigeria’s Lagos state not having a shot at second term tenure as far back as April this year. He is Akinwunmi Ambode.
