Hey good people!
I am building a site that would serve as an e-commerce marketplace for Africans, but am at loss as to who the best and most flexible providers and gateways are, how they compare and their pros and cons.

The providers I am interested in must provide either person to person or business to business payment options (preferably both).

Can anyone help? Much appreciated.
