Our client, a Telecommunications Company is urgently seeking for a Technical Support

Location: Lagos Mainland

Salary: 2M

Experience 2 to 3years

Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparing daily, weekly and monthly Exchange Telecommunications analysis progress report using Novatel and VOS3000.(Everyday including Saturday and Sunday).
• Assist with installation and troubleshooting of WTL HPVX switch, Novatel server and other telecommunications equipment.
• Partner with vendors to schedule and implement recommended quarterly maintenance for all Exchange Telecoms POI’s
• Assist with the communication of information security policies to all relevant personnel and external parties where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements in the management of assets used to deliver business services.
• Perform other related task as required by the NOC Manager and MD

Skills/Attributes required:
• Analytical and Mathematical skills.
• Expert in the use of Microsoft excel and Outlook.
• Good interpersonal and people skill.
• Good attention to details with zero tolerance for error.
• CCNA certified or more
• First degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Additional degree will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
