[b][/b]The National President, Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Emeka Rollars has call for support to help put Nollywood in positive light.

Emeka Rollars stated this over the weekend during the inauguration of Ondo chapter of AGN.

The president admonished the newly elected executives to be united and put the interest of the guild first before anything.

Hon. Desmond Olusola Elliot, representing the people of Surulere constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, who doubles as the Chairman of the Lagos State House of Assembly Committee on Tourism, Arts and Culture encouraged members of the guild to support the newly elected executives for the betterment of Nollywood.

Before leaving for Ondo state for the inauguration, the National President at a well attended meeting of Lagos State chapter, dissolved the Don Pedro led Exco whose tenure just ellapsed and set up a new electoral Committee.

The Actors Guild of Nigeria Electoral Committee (AGNEC) is headed by former Lagos State chairman, Remy Ohajianya, while secretary is Tarry West. Ifeanyi Ezekwe, Lara Akinsola and Angela Philips were also appointed too.

Frank Dallas National PRO, Desmond Elliot, St Maradona Johnson National Treasurer, Dayo Amosu immidiete past vice chairman Lagos State chapter, Tayo Oteoke a.k.a Sikiratu Sin Dodo were among the dignitaries that attending the event.
