Immediately East Timor was granted independence by Portugal, it was annexed by Indonesia which of course led to agitation for their independence which they later got.
Stop repeating those lies and propaganda while thinking it would eventually become the truth, Google search is free and easy to use.

IPOB does not care who occupies Aso Rock or any other political position in Nigeria. It may actually be a good thing for IPOB if Buhari is elected. Buhari is such a disasterous, clueless ethnic bigot of leader that many people don't see Nigeria surviving another 4 years under him and APC, which is exactly what IPOB wants.

There isn't any difference between East Timor and the situation on the ground. Igbo land was once an Independent area until it was colonised by the British and made to be part of the British colonial disaster called "Nigeria". Today, Igbo land is under the control of the Caliphate of Sokoto.

The bottom line is that people's lands were taken over by outsiders and those people want to return to the original situation of when they were independent.

If you can understand the right of the East Timorese people to be independent, then there is no reason why you shouldn't understand the right of the Igbos to be independent
