Apart from the Issue of Corruption. Obasanjo gave Atiku Freedom to work as A VP all Atiku could do is to gather enough power to almost usurp his boss.

Nigeria is not going after him , OBJ did go after him by exposing him in the USA because USA as a clear case against him ... he demanded bribe from American company ...
