And what is the proposed time required for Nigeria to catch up with the world's advancement in technology considering its current pace? I'm using "Nigeria" aware of the fact that people make up a country but, as far as Nigerians are moving in the scale of technological advancement, it isn't telling on the country as a nation. Thoughts?
