Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Orubebe, has warned that there will be consequences if the 2019 election is rigged.
The former minister, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), alleged, in the November edition of TELL Magazine, that the rigging in Ekiti and other governorship elections will not be allowed to repeat itself in 2019.

He said, "Everybody knows what happened in Ekiti; it was a stolen victory. And so it is in some other areas. We have been talking to our people to have patience. What has been happening in those elections can’t take place in February 2019. It can’t happen."

According to him, no one will obstruct the liberty of Nigerians to choose their next president in the 2019 general elections.

Orubebe stirred up controversy during the collation of 2015 presidential election results as he accused then INEC Chairman, Attahiru Jega, of being partisan in favour of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Orubebe is a such a dullard and the typification of the intellectually lazy old men who have no source of food but dirty and corrupt politicking.

Is he trying to say the APC , a new Party at the time, rigged the 16 year old PDP, with its full control of the centre and armed forces, out of power in 2015? Those who understand Nigerian politics know this is not possible especially now we are aware of the war chest Dasuki disbursed for project GEJ 2015.

The fact is that PDP 2015 loss would have been far greater but for undemocratic men like Orubebe, Fayose et al rigging aggresively everywhere. No chance of that next year and this old man better go and get a regular job.

I guess he would send his herdsmen then, PDP would loose and if that is only when you see rigging so be it, las las it is only Biafra or death that would be said while the phyton does its reflex
