These operators are aware of the perceptions of Nigerians to price change. It started with MTN reducing their night plan data cap now airtel following similar suit. Gradually the data cap will reduce after which customers may not have alternative than to continue with the service. Remember when MTN increased their borrow me airtime from 10% to 15%, other operators followed them. MTN is a market leader while other operators are followers |
