guy don't say what you don't know out of jealousy, these so called are hardworkers cos most of these guys wake up so early to workout (mostly those that have these equipmentsites at home ), I mean 4:00am, 4:30am, 5:00 am name it and sometimes at night after work hours even under certain unfavorable weather conditions but most of you are still sleeping squeezing your pillow to yourself especially when the weather is cold am speaking from depth of knowledge, understanding and experience.
