2019: IDPs To Vote In 15 States – INEC

The Independent National Electoral Commission on Wednesday said it had made special provisions for Internally Displaced Persons outside Nigeria to vote in the forthcoming general elections scheduled for 2019.

The commission also stated that specially designed forms would be deployed at the polling units of the affected communities.

The chairman of INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, stated these in Abuja during the stakeholders validation conference on the framework for IDPs voting jointly organised with the International Foundation for Electoral Support.

He assured that, “IDPs in the neighbouring countries of Niger and Chad who left their abode due to insurgency in the North East would not be denied their voting rights.”

But a member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Adamu Kamale, who representing Michika/Madagali federal constituency of Adamawa state differed with the INEC chairman.

Kamale stated that 97 percent of IDPs in the state have since returned to their homes stressing the need to guarantee their security to enable them to vote.

“I can confirm to you that 97 percent of IDPs in Adamawa have since returned home. But the only challenge they have is that of security. Their security needs to be guaranteed in order to enable them vote in the elections”, he said.

Kamale, therefore, urged INEC to commit to ensuring proper security in the North East so that the people will not be disenfranchised.

So 97% of IDPs even in Adamawa Atikus state have returned home under PMB?

This means PMB is doing well and Adamawa people will appreciate him with their votes.

It was PDP that sent these 97% out of their homes with their nonchalant attitude towards boko haram but the seriousness of PMB has brought them back home.

Atiku will not win his own state

Buhari has won 2019 election already, PDP and other parties and well meaning Nigerians should just start preparing their next action plan after Buhari's INEC announces his name as the winner of already rigged 2019 election.

If you read the full details of the 2018 electoral bill, and you wonder why Buhari refused to sign it.

The only reason Buhari didn't want to sign the electoral bill is because his only plans to win next year election is through massive rigging in collaboration with:

INEC
Police
Army
Civil Defense

if Buhari and INEC want people in Chad, Niger and Cameroon to vote, then they should also allow Nigerians living or those seeking asylum in China, Malaysia, Ghana, USA, UK, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Germany etc to also vote because majority of them if not all Nigerians living abroad ran out of Nigeria out of government frustration and bad economy to survive and to give their families a quality life that Nigerian government failed to give them, so INEC must make provisions for them to also vote angry

Now tell me who the dullard is. A man that has won election before election date or you online miscreants? I told you all idiots that by the time INEC releases 2019 presidential election results, Buhari's vote in the North alone will be more than the total registered voters for the whole country. You can then go to court and waste your time. The PDP rigged him out in 2003, 2007 and 2011, now he is back for a revenge. Never will generational looters lead by the Owu paedophile letter writer and the US fugitive together with the drunk ineffectual buffoon in Otuoke and the disgruntled ex-military Generals get near our treasury again. The end justifies the means, anything to stop looters from coming back to power is justified.
