The only way to advance your career is to yearn for and seek more knowledge. If you can afford it, apply for a professional course or your Master's Degree.

If you cannot, go online to register for online courses. Some ask for a small fee, others are completely free. On Coursera, if you cannot afford the fee you will be asked to pay, you can apply for financial aid on the same website. You can add the skills you acquire to your CV.
