LoL!
So the knowledge of suffering the child will undergo does not move you in any way.
Well thank for making clear you share the cruelty of your imaginary god.
Thank you very much.
You laugh at your inadequacy.
So you fail to see understand this is no child.

How can you appreciate a good apple
if you haven't tasted a bad apple LordReed.

There is no cruelty in God.

There is no cruelty in God.

All you these simple creatures whose imaginations are limited by fairytale gods, heavens and hells, yet balk at the thought of a world without evil and pain, your cognitive dissonance is quite painful to see.

BTW, god as you've imagined it is very cruel. You show us that again and again.

You really think we are simple creature?
Have a study of the human anatomy to know there isn't anything simple in these creatures.

I believe in gods, heavens and hell in the context each is mentioned.

A world without evil and pain is something to see in the future.

God is not cruel, just as much as you are not cruel permitting your daughter to get an immunisation needle injection.

You everytime again and again,
show your lack of insight, understanding and depth of God and works of God.

I meant simple in reasoning. You believe and disbelieve the same thing.

Getting cut by glass does not help the child in anyway except to show the dumbass parent who knew exactly what would happen, is a cruel fool who wants to see what will happen despite knowing exactly what would happen.

LMFAO! There is no depth to this god except in persistent self delusion called faith. If I want depth I will read exciting authors like Terry Pratchett and Iain Banks. Damn I will miss those guys.

Because there are many ways to show brilliance than passing tests. Leonardo da Vinci was one of the most famous of the Renaissance men, he had no formal education in science but he was a brilliant scientific thinker, painter, sculptor, anatomist, etc. If your god could not figure that out then I can see why you think it is necessary.

The great thinker, what are the many ways to show loyalty and brilliance, if not through obedience?

Love but of course your dumb god could not even manage to figure that out.

Many Christian sects believe in a literal place of perpetual burning and punishment for those who fail to do the will of God in this life or simply didn't believe in God or maybe just not found in the book of life.

Now, most justice systems employs punishment. For this to make sense, a punishment is required to be in some way proportional to the crime committed.

A murderer is killed or sentenced to life imprinsonment.

When a punishment exceeds a crime, it fails to be justice.

When a punishment is less than a crime, it also fails to be justice, we call that mercy.

Life on earth ends at 70 on average, hell is perpetual.

Trillions of years is only but a blink.

what is the morality behind the punishment of hell?

Can a just God punish a finite transgression with an infinite punishment and still be termed just?
Who decides whether the punishment is bigger than the crime here?
Do you think one should be rewarded with eternal bliss because of < 70 years of good?
