The lawmaker representing Bayelsa East senatorial district in the upper chambers of the National Assembly, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, has attacked President Muhammadu Buhari ahead of today’s presentation of the 2019 appropriation bill. According to him, after the presentation of the “budget of hope” last year, things turned worse for Nigerians. President Buhari will today present the 2019 budget to a joint session of the National Assembly and Ben Bruce has said he has “very little tolerance for budgets with big names and little impact on the people”. He tweeted, “Last year, President @MBuhari declared a ‘Budget of Recovery and Hope’ and three months later Nigeria was declared the world headquarters for extreme poverty. “So today, I have very little tolerance for budgets with big names and little impacts.” https://pulsenaija.com.ng/news/senator-ben-bruce-attacks-buhari/ 1 Share

This Alabi Yellow with an IQ of a toddler at it again! I understand the frustration by many "sinators" since Buhari discovered and revealed their padding strategy. Since then, it has been one landmine or another for the president but the Almighty God has granted him wisdom/direction to dodge them all. Mr. Common Sense without the real common sense has refused to answer for many constituency projects he sponsored and got money released for in his constituency. We are talking of hundreds of millions of naira he has refused to account for despite money released for the nominated projects. And this idot wants to preach to any sane man? Nonsense! 2 Likes |
