Reasons Why People Fail Job Interview In Nigeria And Lost The Job

When you apply for a job you become an applicant, the company that placed the opening may have just one slot opening and hundred persons will apply for a job that is just for one or two person. this will now put the company on a high side. that is they will now want to select the best from the best.

for you to be part of this and get the job, there may be series of job interview as they try to eliminate those who they think doesn’t belong there. a company is not a place of charity. so they are not giving out jobs because you are looking for money they are giving out job because they want someone to work for them

A company who has an opening and place the job vacancy ads is doing it to get many application so that they may select the once they think is best fit their needs. once the application is received they fix a date for an interview. the job interview questions are somethings you may know but i will be sharing you some ideas as go on.
