Even Jesus Christ told Peter to abandon his fishing job and start fishing men, yet you expect him not to eat of men like he ate of fish. Stop quoting scriptures out of context. The verses you are referring to are seen below and they are speak of Jesus being their first of those who will rise from the dead at the resurrection. The passage in no way speaks of the living and giving offering to God.
