It's very obvious that he's not ready to leave.. The election has already been won and lost. The rigging plans have been perfected and all the major actors are in place. It's only a fool that won't see the handwriting on the wall.

No rigging plans have been perfected, he is just hopeful which is the normal custom of Nigeria politicians, Jonathan did same even when it was clear he was about to loose the number one seat to an Opposition party.
Unfortunately Atiku is taking over which is a big plus to the Northerners
