I just opened one account with PayPal using US IP address & phone. But the transaction I want to use it required my account being verified. I.e linking my bank account and credit card.

Please how do I do this?

will advice you to setup dither uae personal or Lesotho business PayPal as USA will get you stuck when they start asking for phone verification to complete transaction.

I used virtual card to verify. no Time to waste looking for bank account or bank cards.

you shouldn’t have used a USA IP address

and who told you that? Well you can send and receive funds using Nigeria PayPal and also direct to your naija bank incase you receive funds
