Do Not Buy PES 2019 If You Have A Low-end PC. Get 2017 With '18/19 Patch Instead by LucemFerre: 8:39pm On Dec 27, 2018
So, I got PES 2019 to test if it would run on my potatoe PC... It did run but, it has thesame optimization problem (you could call it that) that PES 2018 had.
I get more than 30fps but it stutters. I know it has to do with my GPU. I've tried tweaking Nvidia control panel, resolution reducing software, disabling crowd etc... But non worked. I remember that was the same thing I did for 2018 so, i knew first hand what the problem was.
Here's my PC specs
Core i7 2k 3.4ghz
Nvidia GT 730 4gig
8gig ram

So, i installed 2017 with 2018 skin, scoreboard, updated jersey, faces, boots, etc... And trust me. It feels like a new game... The only difference is the gameplay.
PES 2019 still has the same players' behaviors, looks (for some players), play style and menu with the not-long ago previous PES versions. Hell, Konami has the same style of play since International SuperStar Soccer... No, seriously I played the game not long ago and the only significant difference was the graphics, fluidity and gameplay.

Don't get me wrong PES 2019 is the best football game ever made. If you have a better rig than mine you'd enjoy the game but, it's totally fine if you can't afford to play it... And I'm not saying that because i can't play it... Seriously.

So for people like me who can only play PES 2017 and don't consider FIFA as an option, here's a guide on how you could get almost the same feel that PES 2019 players are having... Kinda

This guy gives a detailed explanation of how to do it with the particular patches you'd need and when. The files come with installation instructions or you could watch the video on his site

One thing I'm still finding difficult to patch is the 2018/2019 kit but, I'd try to get a fix tonight and update you guys asap.
Stay tuned

So I've gotten an excellent working 2018/2019 patch for PES 2017 from this blessed dude and it worked flawlessly. Just download it and use DPFilelist generator and apply it in the PES Download folder and you're good.

Below is the new menu system and kits after all the wahala. And boy, was it worth it...

Get a laptop with
Core i5 5th, 6th or 7th gen
Nvidia Gtx 1060
8gig ram

For average (and above in some cases) gaming (mostly football) that should get you through a while.

I know someone who has one with that specs and PES 2018 stutters on it.
Anyways... It would depend on the series of Nvidia 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, or 2000. There are entry level graphics cards in every generation.
For example, a 1000 series graphics card with 2gig would outperform a 700 series graphics card with the same 2gig video memory

Price we pay as PES fans. Still, little price to pay compared to playing FIFA for a whole freakin year

That would be okay if you don't care for Ultra settings at 60fps in other demanding games.
It would most definitely run your football games at high settings with more than 30fps though.

You could get 30fps more or less at 720p, medium to low settings on some games
Just, don't expect it to be amazing.
If you can, get a system with at least a gtx 900 series, it won't cost up to 50k more but, if budget is tight get that one. It would play your footy games pretty well

Does it not come with 2018/2019 kits?

No, it doesn't... PTE patch only carries 2017/2018 kit, with updated faces, features, stadiums etc
The kit pack for 18/19 isn't from PTE
