No sir,most voters are at the rural areas and vote enmasse.those in ikot ekpene zone will be told to vote apc en masse akpabio name wont be on the ballot,its apc and pdp they will see.lets assume 500,000 turnout to vote in that zone,400,000 will vote akpabio,200,000 will at least vote buhari and thats enough to destroy atiku.
