It doesn't make sense to deploy Southern officers to troubled areas where they are total strangers to the terrain and can't speak the local language.

We all know the locals in the region Boko Haram hold sway don't not speak passable broken English. If the Chibok girls who were Waec candidates conducted interviews in Hausa, is it the local hunter or farmer who can then communicate in English?
In policing, language and ability to communicate is everything.
The authorities need to review their methods, except it was a deliberate policy, which arouses suspicion.

For your information, it is very hard for a notherner to deserts because of fight which you signed to fight but your southerner brothers are coward.

It is foolhardy to go untrained and unprepared to face an enemy u know is ready n waiting for you.
They deliberately isolated Southerners mostly to engage in this possible journey of no return. Is that not nepotism and deliberate wickedness already? Even as few as northerners n muslims were, they still featured on this list of deserters/runaways so what is that ur ethnically biased point again?
