May be, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't observe basic ethics like using surgical mask. And from the way it is reported, the woman is not dead.

Gastrointestinal contents are just left dangling carelessly. Abeg this patient died as a result of her fibroid. It's just an autopsy. Highly unprofessional none the less.
