Job Description

We are looking to recruit Operational Executives with a “Can do” attitude and a flair for process management.
The role will involve overseeing the operations of sales representatives ensuring they meet organizational goals.
Requirements

Must reside within Ilorin, Ondo, Osogbo, Ilesha, Ibadan and Oyo respectively.
A university/polytechnic graduate with a minimum of two years’ experience in similar role within the food and beverage industry and in-depth understanding of sales process and dynamics.
Terrain knowledge is mandatory.

Role Overview

Our client seeks for immediate employment energetic and qualified business development executives. As a business development executive, you will be the driving force behind generating new business relationships.
The goal is to increase the Agency’s clientele hence, driving sustainable financial growth.
Responsibilities

Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth and targets. Improve the agency’s market position and achieve financial growth. Build new client relationships; identify business opportunities; negotiate and close business deals.
Required experience and qualifications

B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
minimum of four years’ experience in marketing/business development, brand management, concept development within a similar industry.
Must possess demonstrable and measurable success in similar role in a medium sized marketing agency.
Not more than 35years of age by Dec., 2019.
