INEC should start testing the card reader devices, batteries, network strength, chargers, and make sure there are spare devices and batteries to avoid excuses of malfunction during the accreditation process. They should also start training the ad-hoc staff who will Mann these devices and also engineers who will repair these devices should be made available incase of a faulty card reader. We don't want to hear excuses as enough funds are available to INEC.Any excuse about faulty card reader and the use of manual accreditation is rigging.

Trust me dear. INEC is more than ready.
The adhoc staff training is what next and was meant to take off this month.
